Salad is for Chumps

We did the tourist thing at the Hofbrauhaus today. Of course we went for the Schweinhaxe (roast pork knuckle) and sausages. Perfect amount of greens and veg served with our meat.........

Much to my excitement Kate says she is actually liking the beer over here. This lot gave her a case of hiccups that lasted most of the walk back to the station.

We also went to see the palace at Nymphenburg today. Most of the canals have started to freeze over and all the statues have been covered for the winter, but the interior was pretty spectacular.
